1. Definitions
- “FixAnyCarsGroup”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to the mobile mechanic and electrician services provided by FixAnyCarsGroup.
- “Customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual or business who engages our services.
- “Service(s)” refers to the mobile mechanic, electrician, diagnostics, repair, and upgrade services provided by FixAnyCarsGroup.
2. Service Agreement
By requesting and booking services from FixAnyCarsGroup, you agree to engage us for the provision of automotive services, including but not limited to diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and vehicle-related services as outlined in the service request. Our services will be carried out by qualified technicians at a location agreed upon by both parties.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Quotes: All prices are provided upfront and are subject to change based on the specifics of the work needed. Any variations in pricing will be communicated and agreed upon prior to commencing any work.
- Payment Terms: Payment for services is due upon completion of the work. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other available payment methods. In some cases, a deposit may be required for certain repairs or services.
- Invoices: An official invoice will be provided to the customer upon completion of services, including all associated costs.
- Late Payments: Failure to pay the full amount within the agreed period may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: The customer is responsible for providing accurate and detailed information regarding the vehicle and the issues being experienced. Failure to provide full information may affect the quality of the service.
- Access to Vehicle: The customer must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and in a location where the technician can safely perform the service. If the vehicle is inaccessible, additional charges may apply.
- Vehicle Condition: The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is in a condition suitable for repairs. Any pre-existing conditions not disclosed beforehand may impact the final outcome of the service.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling: If the technician is unable to perform the work due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., parts unavailability, weather conditions), we will work with you to reschedule the appointment at your earliest convenience.
6. Warranty & Guarantees
- Parts & Labour Warranty: All services provided by FixAnyCarsGroup are covered by a 12-month warranty on parts and labor, unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers defects in parts or workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or external factors not related to the service.
- Exclusions: No warranty is offered for services where the vehicle’s issue has been caused by external or unrelated factors, including but not limited to: accidents, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications to the vehicle.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Damage During Service: While we strive to perform all services with the utmost care, FixAnyCarsGroup is not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle that is not identified before the service. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts installed during the service.
- Indemnity: The customer agrees to indemnify FixAnyCarsGroup against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the customer’s misuse of the services provided or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
8. Personal Data & Privacy
- Data Collection: We collect personal information, such as contact details and vehicle information, to provide you with accurate quotes and services.
- Privacy Policy: We take your privacy seriously and adhere to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, stored, and used. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our privacy policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the FixAnyCarsGroup website, including logos, trademarks, text, images, and videos, are the intellectual property of FixAnyCarsGroup and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Force Majeure
FixAnyCarsGroup is not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.
