1. Cancellation Policy
We request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the service slot to another customer. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply.
Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance
- If you cancel your booking with us more than 24 hours before your appointment, you will not incur any cancellation fees. We will be happy to reschedule your service or offer you a full refund if applicable.
Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of the Appointment
- If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, we may charge a late cancellation fee of £30. This fee helps us cover administrative costs and compensate our technicians for the time reserved for your service.
2. Rescheduling Your Appointment
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling to avoid any potential charges.
If you reschedule within 24 hours of your original appointment, we may charge a late rescheduling fee of £20. However, we will make every effort to offer you a suitable alternative date.
3. No Show Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment and do not inform us in advance, this will be considered a “no-show”. In such cases:
- A £50 no-show fee will apply.
- We may also ask for a pre-payment or deposit when you reschedule your appointment to ensure the booking is confirmed.

- Partial Refund: If your cancellation is made within 24 hours, a partial refund may be issued, after deducting any applicable fees such as the cancellation or rescheduling fee.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.
6. Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges your way. In some cases, we may make exceptions to our cancellation policy, such as in the event of illness, severe weather conditions, or emergency situations. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the circumstances.
7. Booking Confirmation and Appointment Reminders
To help avoid cancellations and missed appointments:
- Booking Confirmation: After you book your service, you will receive a booking confirmation email or text with your appointment details.
- Appointment Reminders: We will send a reminder about your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Please confirm your availability when you receive this reminder.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Providing Accurate Information: When booking your service, ensure all information, including the vehicle’s condition, issues, and location, is accurate. Incorrect information may result in delays or the inability to complete the service.
- Access to Vehicle: The vehicle should be accessible and in a location where the technician can safely perform the service. If access is restricted, we may have to reschedule the appointment or charge additional fees.
9. Late Arrivals
If you are running late for your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule the service. Late arrivals may also incur a late arrival fee of £20.
10. Agreement to the Cancellation Terms
