At FixAnyCarsGroup, we aim to provide transparent and fair pricing for all our mobile mechanic and auto electrician services across the UK. To help you understand how we quote jobs and the conditions of our service, please read the details below.
How Our Quoting Process Works
1. Requesting a Quote

When requesting a quote, please provide:
- Your vehicle make, model, and year
- A description of the issue or service needed
- Your location
- Any error codes or dashboard warning lights (if applicable)
For some complex repairs, a diagnostic check may be required before providing an exact quote.
2. Receiving Your Quote
Once we assess the job details, we’ll provide:
✅ A clear breakdown of costs (labour, parts, and any additional charges)
✅ Estimated repair time
✅ A confirmation of availability for your chosen date and location
Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. If prices of parts change or additional work is required, we will inform you before proceeding.
3. Booking Your Service
Once you approve the quote, we will schedule a mobile mechanic to come to your location at a convenient time. A deposit may be required for certain jobs (e.g., special-order parts or extensive repairs).
4. On-Site Service & Repairs
- Our mechanic arrives at your location and performs the agreed service.
- If further issues are found, we will always consult you before carrying out additional repairs.
- If a job cannot be completed due to unforeseen complications (e.g., rusted bolts, lack of workspace, or extreme weather), we may reschedule or offer alternative solutions.
5. Payment & Warranty
- Payments must be made upon completion of the job (unless pre-arranged).
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.
- Some repairs come with a warranty (details will be provided with your invoice).
Terms & Conditions
1. Accuracy of Quotes
Our quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. If the issue is misdiagnosed by a third party or additional repairs are needed, the final price may differ.
2. Parts & Labour Warranty
- Any parts supplied by FixAnyCarsGroup come with a manufacturer warranty.
- If a part fails within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge, provided the failure was not due to misuse or external damage.
- Labour warranty is provided for certain repairs (please ask for details).
3. Customer-Supplied Parts
- We can install parts provided by the customer, but we do not offer a warranty on such parts.
- If a customer-supplied part is faulty, additional labour charges will apply for reinstallation.
4. Job Completion & Cancellations
- If a job cannot be completed due to lack of access, unsafe working conditions, or incorrect information provided, a call-out fee may apply.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Weather & Location Limitations
- We work in most conditions, but severe weather (heavy rain, snow, or extreme cold) may delay or prevent repairs.
- If a job requires a garage setting, we will advise you accordingly.
